Installation Instructions
                      Flash BIOS Update Diskette
 
   Print these instructions or write them down before starting the
   flash BIOS update utility program.

   The BIOS update on this diskette is for IBM PC 330 (model 6576) and
   PC 350 (model 6586).
 
   Note:  Another file (CHANGES.NEW) may be on this diskette. If so,
          it lists problems corrected and features added by this
          update.  You might want to read or print that file before
          using this diskette to update your computer.
 *********************************************************************
 
   Important!
 
   If you have changed any of your configuration settings, make a
   note of them before starting this BIOS update.  You might need to
   reenter the changed settings after the update is completed.
 
   To update your BIOS:
 
   1.  Power off your computer.
 
   2.  Insert the Flash BIOS Update Diskette into diskette drive A.
 
   3.  Power on your computer.
 
   4.  A list of countries and languages is displayed.  Select your
       country/language, and then press Enter.
 
   5.  Your computer serial number is displayed, along with a message
       asking if you would like to update the serial number.
 
       -If the serial number displayed is incorrect, answer "Y"; you
        are then prompted to enter the correct serial number.  After
        you enter the correct serial number, press Enter.
 
       -If the serial number displayed is correct, answer "N."
 
   6.  Your computer type/model number is displayed, along with a
       message asking if you would like to update the type/model
       number.
 
       -If the type/model number displayed is incorrect, answer "Y";
        you are then prompted to enter the correct type/model number.
        After you enter the correct type/model number, press Enter.
 
       -If the type/model number displayed is correct, answer "N."
 
   7.  While the update is being performed, the following message
       appears on your screen.
 
           Please wait...preparing to Flash
 
       When the update is completed, the following message appears.
 
           Press a key to reboot system
 
       The flash update is now completed.  Remove the Flash BIOS
       Update Diskette from the diskette drive; then press Enter to
       restart the computer.
