Password entry forced on warm boot w/Prompt Off With the Password Prompt set to "Off", the system behaves correctly on a cold boot. The system boots with the keyboard locked and the keyboard is unlocked when the user enters the password. Once the password is entered on the cold boot, it should not have to be entered again on a warm boot, but the keyboard still comes up locked and waiting for a password on warm boot. It does operate correctly when the Password Prompt is set "On". The system does not prompt for the password on the warm boot. Serial/Parallel Port Fixes POST does not reset FIFO mode of planar serial ports on reboot. POST resets traditional registers only and leaves planar serial ports in enhanced mode. Japan - Harddisk parameters at 0:300h-0:33Fh destroyed From Japan - The interrupt vector area 320h-36Fh is occasionally destroyed, apparently by the C2 Security code. As per the Japanese code fix for this, the routine setvecs will be called after the C2 security code has been called. This will restore the vector area that is occasionally being destroyed.
