     - Media Descriptor Package for Windows 95/98
    

What This Package Does
-----------------------
This package provides the following for Windows 95/98 users:
  - Enables (fast) format capabilities with the SuperDisk (LS120) drive.
  - Corrects diskette portability issues between the SuperDisk (LS120)
    drive and desktop equivalents.

This diskette enables or updates the system drivers of the following
ThinkPad computers:
  - ThinkPad 600, 600E
  
To update the system drivers, please refer to the "Installation Guide"
section.

Installation Guide

To determine if you have to update the system drivers or not, please
refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.


(For Windows 95)

  1. Start Windows 95.
  2. Extract the Media Descriptor Diskette for Windows 95/98 onto the hard
     drive.
  3. Click on Start; then click on Run...
  4. Type C:\DRIVERS\LS120\DESCRIPT\INSTALL and click on OK.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
