What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides the Warm Swap driver for Windows 95/98 users.
The Warm Swap driver enables or updates the UltraBay FX Warm Swap
function of the following ThinkPad computers:

   - ThinkPad 390, 390E
   - ThinkPad i Series 1720/1721

To determine if you have to update the Warm Swap driver or not, please
refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.

To update the Warm Swap driver, please refer to the "Installation Guide"
section.

Installation Guide
------------------
To determine if you have to update the Warm Swap driver or not, please
refer to the "Summary of Changes" section.

NOTE:
Before installing, you must remove any real-mode drivers such as MSCDEX
and related drivers from the CONFIG.SYS.

 1. Start Windows 95/98.
 2. Extract the Warm Swap drivers to the hard drive.
 3. Click on 'Start' -> 'Programs' -> 'Agate Tioman' -> 'Uninstall Agate
    Tioman' and follow the directions.  When prompted, restart the system.
 4. Click on 'Start' -> 'Run...'.
 5. Type "C:\DRIVERS\W9X\SWAP\SETUP.EXE" in the dialg box and press 'OK'.
 6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
