The administration software of the Smart Card Security Kit 
provides the administrator of the smart card security kit with 
tools to recover from lost or damaged cards.

Install the administator software on this system if it will be used by 
both the administrator and the user.  If the Adiministrator will use a 
different system, install the administrator software on that system 
first, then install the user software on this system.
