IBM Netfinity 5600 Hot Plug SCSI Setup Utility Version 1.10 Setup Utility README File This README file contains the latest information about running the IBM Netfinity 5600 Hot-Plug SCSI Setup Utility. This utility is used to update the firmware on the SCSI backplane when changing the orientation of the system, i.e. rack to tower. The update ensures that in the event of an error, the correct drive LED will be illuminated. The utility will start automatically, and will display various status messages. Upon successful completion, it will prompt the user to remove power from the system, wait 30 seconds, reapply power, at this stage the update is complete.
