              Welcome to MicroProse Technical Conference.

PURPOSE: This echo is dedicated to the support of MicroProse Software
products. It provides supporters of MicroProse a place to ask questions,
discuss their favorite MicroProse Games and offer suggestions for new
games, as well as to keep you up to date on the latest versions,
utilities, press releases, and product information. We will be glad to
provide you technical assistance to get you up and running in order to
enjoy your MicroProse Games fully. While we are happy to receive both 
positive and negative feedback on released games, we will not tolerate
bashing of new products prior to their release based on pure speculation 
or personal preference.

RESPONSE TIME: All messages are answered every business day. Due to
FIDO-net message transmission delays, you may not receive a reply for
several days if the message was sent in remotely.

LANGUAGE: All messages should be posted in English.

PROFANITY: Profanity of any type, flames and/or abusive language 
directed towards Con Members or the moderators will not be tolerated.

MODERATION: Please leave the the moderating to the moderators. All
decisions of the moderator(s) are final.

NAME: Handles are not permitted. You must use your real name.

PRIVATE MESSAGES: Private messages are not allowed in this echo. 

PIRACY: Software piracy is illegal. Messages and posts advocating
software piracy or how to defeat copy-protection are not allowed.

QUOTING: This conference is echoed nationally. Please keep quoting to a
reasonable amount. Due to the high message volume in this echo, please
do not assume we can remember your last message from a couple weeks ago.
Quote just enough of the relevant parts to refresh our memories, not the
entire message.

Customer Service at (410) 771-1151 or can be downloaded directly from
the MicroProse In-House BBS (see below) or any of the major on-line
services, like CompuServe, America OnLine, GEnie, Delphi, etc.

contains all the latest MPS demos, press releases and game updates and
