This patch is mainly intended for the original version of Railroad Tycoon,
however you can try in the deluxe version to configure the game for
PC Speaker sound and then you copy this file to the main directory and
rename it from TSOUND.RR to ISOUND.RRD.

This works OK, alas the intro plays with the music a little too fast but
in game all seems to play very much OK.
