Hi there!!!

This patch for Skate or Die replaces the OUT C0,AL instruction for 
INT C0,AL. First you run the INT_C0h utility that replaces the C0h 
software interrupt and only then you can run SKATECT.EXE.

Keep in mind running in EGA mode results in no Tandy sound routines
which is a shame.
