From chuck g Using a thin-bladed putty knife and your fingers, pull away the brown bezel trim that surrounds the CRT front--it pops in and is quite flexible. You'll see 4 phillips-head screws that appear to clamp the CRT to the frame--they don't. Unscrew and remove all 4 screws and the Z-shaped metal brackets that appear to hold the CRT in place. You'll now find that you can pull off the case rear (as well as the front), leaving the CRT and PCB firmly attached to the base of the CRT case. To reassemble, just reverse the order of the steps, finishing by pressing in the CRT bezel trim piece (the brown plastic trim that has "AT&T 6300" logo on it.)
