HOW TO USE:  

1.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP0996

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file to unbind the primary files:  SP0996 [ENTER]
The following files should be created: 
OS2SS201.EXE
README.1ST

3. From that drive and directory, execute OS2SS201.EXE to further unbind the files.
The following files should be created: 
181499EN._01
QRST5.EXE

4.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

5.  To create the diskette, run QRST5 and follow the on-screen instructions.
