DESCRIPTION:  This ROM is to fix a problem in which port 92h is reset by a PCI Bus Reset, resulting in the System Configuration utility indicating that a password is set when it really is not.

HOW TO USE:

1.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP1086

2.  From that drive and directory, run the SoftPaq utility to unbind the primary files:  SP1086 <ENTER>
The following files should be created: 

SP1086.DOC
QRST5.EXE
ROMPAQ._01

3. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB 3.5 inch diskette.

4. Follow the instructions in SP1086.DOC to create the diskette and upgrade the system ROM.
