DESCRIPTION:  Supports ALL currently shipping Systems Division server products.  It is installed on the Diagnostics Partition for those systems which support it and have hard drives.  It is shipped as a diskette on all other products.

HOW TO USE:

1.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  If downloaded in zipped format (.ZIP), unzip the file to create an executable:  PKUNZIP SP1096

2.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB Floppy diskette.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file to unbind the primary files:  SP1096 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a  diskette drive to create the Compaq Server Diagnostics Diskette.

 4. After the Server Diagnostics diskette has been built, Power down the machine.

 5. Place the newly created Compaq Server Diagnostics in Drive A:, and power up the system.
