DESCRIPTION: Upgrade to a 10 January 1995 System ROM on an LTE Elite.
Enhancements to the ROM include modifications to the EPP support,
and TFT panel lumination.  Corrections to the ROM include intermittent
StandBy lockup issues, video issues, and network StandBy issues.

HOW TO USE:
1.  Obtain one (1) Formatted 1.44 MB Floppy diskette.

2.  After downloading the SoftPaq, copy it to an empty directory and
    change to that directory.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file to unbind
    the primary files:  SP1102 [ENTER]

4.  At this point, the LTE Elite ROMPaq diskette has been created
    and is ready to use for upgrading the LTE Elite.

5.  Power down the laptop machine. <Ctrl/Alt StandBy>

6.  Place the newly created LTE Elite ROMPaq Diskette in Drive A:,
    and power up the laptop unit on AC power.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE SYSTEM WHILE PERFORMING
           THIS PROCEDURE!
