DESCRIPTION:  Upgrade the modem ROM to version 1.04 for a SpeedPaq 192 Fax Modem.  
Updates:
- Added /ETC to the connect message if ETC enabled.
- Corrected a problem sending faxes to Pitney-Bowes 9620 and 9640.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1236.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1236 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1236.EXE if you wish.

5.  Please view the README.1ST file on the diskette for instructions on how to use the ROMpaq.
