DESCRIPTION:  This creates two diskettes providing Compaq Insight Management Desktop Agents for Microsoft Windows NT.  Compaq Insight Management Desktop Agents operate on Compaq desktop computers that have the Intelligent Manageability feature, monitoring the health of the system and generating alert notification for the system administrator if a fault or performance degradation is detected.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Format two 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is        downloaded is SP1541.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
     SP1541 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a diskette drive to create the diskettes   

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1541.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the Compaq Insight Management Desktop Agent diskettes have been created and are ready for installation.

6.  Read all README files on the diskettes before running SETUP to install.
