DESCRIPTION:  This release provides updated system ROM images for the Systempro/XL, ProLiant 2000/4000, and ProLiant 4500 Servers.  For other affected server products, this release provides system ROM images that remain the same as in the superseded SoftPaq SP1514. 

For the following ROM images, this release fixes an incompatibilty between the 01/26/96 System ROM and a third-party SysKonnect, Inc. DMA card:
   SystemPro/XL     (ROM 3E4  02/20/96)
   ProLiant 2000/4000  (ROM E10  02/20/96)
   ProLiant 4500  (ROM E14  02/20/96) 

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1548.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1548 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1548.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to the README.1ST file on the diskette for specific installation instructions.
