DESCRIPTION:  This softpaq corrects the problem where Compaq Insight 
Manager does not function properly after the update to MS Windows NT 
3.51 Service Pack 4.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to the formatted diskette. The file that is 
downloaded is SP1823.EXE.

3.  From the floppy drive, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1823 [ENTER]

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1823.EXE if you wish.

5.  Read the README.TXT file on the diskette for specific installation 
instructions.

6.  Run the SETUP.CMD program on the diskette according to the 
installation instructions.
