To determine if your computer has a Matrox Millennium adapter, run the Compaq System Configuration Utility or F10 Setup. OPERATING SYSTEM: DOS 5.0 or later SYSTEM CONFIGURATION: DOS 5.0 or later SUPERSEDES: N/A DESCRIPTION: Creates a diskette that provides a DOS Setup Utility for the Matrox Millennium Graphics Adapter. The utility provides information about the controller such as VBIOS revision level and memory address of the controller or controllers. The utility also allows you to select the monitor that you are using and test the various graphics modes that are supported. This is a DOS utility. HOW TO USE: 1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette. 2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP1895.EXE. 3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: SP1895 [ENTER] You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette. 4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1895.EXE if you wish. 5. At this point, the Driver Support diskette has been created and is ready to use for upgrading. 6.
