The two main functions of DAAD are to collect all possible information about the array controllers in the system and generate a list of detected problems. This data can then be saved to a file for analysis. In most cases, DAAD will provide enough information to initiate problem resolution immediately. Enhancements: - Indicates type of SCSI Chip installed on SMART-2 controllers - Recognizes new P6 system model HOW TO USE: 1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette. 2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP2075.EXE. 3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: SP2075 [ENTER] You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette. 4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP2075.EXE if you wish. 5. To run the utility, reboot with the newly created diskette in drive A.
