DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette with updated system ROM images for 
ProSignia 300/500 and Systempro servers.
Note:  For ProLiant servers, see Softpaq SP2128.

Enhancements:
- Added support for the year 2000
- Added code to allow Com1 or Com2 to be on IRQ 3, 4, or 5 so 
config "pager test" operates consistently
- Added extended year display and ROM date in SI table
- Added extra read from 8042 data input port during POST enable of 
keyboard INT to fix an intermittent keyboard lockup problem at the 
F1 prompt
- Set the PCI Latency Timer in PCI cards and bridges to PCI_ACFG 40h 
instead of 32h or 38h

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP2127.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: 
   SP2127 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2127.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to the README file on the diskette for specific upgrade 
instructions and additional help.
