SUPERSEDES:  NetFlex-3 OEMSETUP.INF from Compaq Support Software for Microsoft Windows NT 3.5x version 1.17C.

DESCRIPTION:  An enhanced OEMSETUP.INF file for the netflex-3 adapter will allow CPS based installations of Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 to operate correctly.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2136.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2136 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:

OEMSETUP.INF
README.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP2136.EXE if you wish.

4.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on installing and using the software.
