DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Software Update Diskette for Presario 4402,
which modifies the factory-preinstalled software on the hard drive, 
including modifications to the S3 Windows 95 video drivers. 

PREREQUISITE:  If the QuickRestore CD has been applied to restore the 
factory pre-installed software to the hard drive, the following 
ADDITIONAL update diskette must also be applied (either before or after 
the Software Update Diskette created by this SoftPaq): 
     Software Update Diskette for Presario 4000 
     Part Number 275271-001
     Available in SoftPaq SP1853

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain one formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2352.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: 
    SP2352 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into the 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2352.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the diskette has been created and is ready to use for 
upgrading.

6.  Power down the computer.

7.  Insert the newly created update diskette into drive A and power up 
the computer.

8.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the 
computer.
