DESCRIPTION:  The SmartStart Ordering System is a Windows Wizard style 
application which automates the process of filling out the SmartStart 
Activation Key Order Forms.  The application is intended for use by end 
users and resellers.  The completed order forms printed by the 
SmartStart Ordering System can be faxed to a local Compaq supplier for 
processing.  The application is very easy to use and takes just a few 
minutes to install.

This version of the SmartStart Ordering System recognizes and supports 
sales from SmartStart releases 2.40, 2.50, 2.50A, 3.0, and 3.10/3.10A.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain 2 formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2376.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: 
SP2376[ENTER]

You will be prompted to place disk 1 of the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes 
into a disk drive to create diskettes. Follow the same procedure for 
disk 2.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2376.EXE if you wish.

5.  To install, insert disk 1 in drive A.  From the Windows 3.1 Program 
Manager File Menu or the Windows 95 Start Menu, run A:\SETUP.EXE.

6.  Follow the prompts to install the SmartStart Ordering System
