It is worth examining all sets of drivers, as one older driver set (2.71) contains VMEDIT which is capable of sound conversions that the newer set (3.05) cannot perform, and also contains a crude but interesting sound editor. Driver set 2.51 contains an earlier version of SmoothTalker, and all of the programs can work with IBM ROM BASIC and only 256KB, and doesn't need anything installed or decompressed. So, it is very useful for for limited systems without hard drives.
