AMP / LMP FILE SELECTOR version 1.0 (C) 1998 - 2000 Jakub Svozil (a.k.a. xb / inreal) introduction ³ ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ FS is simple program which runs as a plugin under AMP or LMP. I've made it with basic functions, ordinary user needs. In this window you can see drive items and item named . This item represents directory, in which the playlists are being saved and you can set it using -H switch. More information about this you can find in "switches" section. Colours of individual items are following: white .... playlists yellow ... modules green .... directories magenta .. drives cyan ..... homedir red ...... invalid file Playlist items are files stored in playlist memory. This items can be highlighted or not. If it's highlighted, item's not been played yet. You can re- set playlist (all items highlighted) using CTRL + R key (see "keys" section). Item info is a small window, in which is always displayed detail info about selected item. Information is following: Item name Detail or full name (when playlist or module selected) Size (same as detail name) Date and Time (playlists, modules and directories) In the last window, in layout picture is named "actual dir, status and message line", is usually displayed full path including drive letter or, when program is waiting for user, message or question. You can enter name and decription for playlist in this window, too. keys ³ ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ FS is created to be simple and easy controlled by several keys. Here they are: F1 Quick Help ESC Exit FS Up, Down, PgUp, PgDown, Home, End Move cursor in file window Left, Right Move cursor in playlist window CTRL + Right Add item to playlist When playlist selected, FS loads all files in it. INS Insert item to playlist When playlist selected, FS loads all files in it, but items are ADDed, not INSERTed. DEL Delete item from playlist CTRL + C Clear playlist CTRL + S Save playlist Before playlist is saved, FS will ask you for its name and description. When you enter this information, FS will save playlist into homedir. If ESC is pressed during entering,the saving process is canceled. CTRL + R Reset Playlist FS will highlight all modules (reset "Played" flag in all items) and set playlist position to zero. It causes the playlist is played again. It have the same effect as Rewind button on your real player. ENTER Select actual item. When module selected, it's played. When playlist selected, it's loaded into the memory or played (when you set -L switch on). Directory and Drive... no comment CTRL + ENTER Play Playlist in memory. 0..9, A..Z Simple quick search. switches ³ ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ You can change some parameters of FS using switches, what are entered in command line or .ini file of your player. FS accepts following switches: -L[-] If this switch is on, FS loads (if they're some items in the playlist, FS will add them to existing playlist) and plays playlist. If it is off, FS only loads or adds playlist. -J[-] If it is on, FS starts when playing file(s) from command line is finished. -Y[-] This switch disables 'Apend / Clear' question before loading new playlist. -Q[-] Disables sorting files (if you have slow machine and many modules in any directory). -H: Set homedir location.
