What are Miles AIL drivers, and how do I install them?
Several programs use drivers from Miles Design.  With the AWE32 Miles drivers 
you can enjoy high quality music with most games written to use the Miles 
drivers.

If your program uses the Miles drivers then it will have one of two types 
of files listed in the game's directory.  The real mode drivers have an 
extension of ADV.  They have names like ADLIB.ADV and MT32MPU.ADV.  The 
protected mode drivers have an extension of DLL.  They have names like 
A32ADLIB.DLL and A32MT32.DLL.

If your program uses the real mode drivers (.ADV) then rename the current 
MT32MPU.ADV to MT32MPU.BAK and copy the Sound Blaster AWE32 driver 
(SBAWE32.ADV) to MT32MPU.ADV.

example:        ren mt32mpu.adv mt32mpu.bak
                copy sbawe32.adv mt32mpu.adv

If your program uses the protected mode drivers (.DLL) then rename the current 
A32MT32.DLL to A32MT32.BAK and copy the Sound Blaster AWE32 driver 
(A32AWE32.DLL) to A32MT32.DLL.

example:        ren a32mt32.dll a32mt32.bak
                copy a32awe32.dll a32mt32.dll

Then select MT32 or MPU-401 for music when you set up the game.

1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Buck Rogers directory.
2) Enter the following commands:

3) Run START.EXE to configure and run the game.

The Dark Half
1) Install The Dark Half with Roland as the music option.
2) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Dark Half directory.
3) Enter the following commands:

Dinopark Tycoon
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Dinopark Tycoon directory.

2) Run the INSTALL program and select SoundBlaster AWE32 as the MIDI driver.

Return to Zork
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to Zork's DRIVERS directory.
2) Edit the RTZ.BAT file and change the music driver (-M:DRIVER\{driver}) 
    to -M:DRIVER\SBAWE32.

Seal Team
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV and SBAWE32.ADD to the Seal Team directory.
2) Run the configuration program.  SBAWE32 should now be a music option.

Shadowcaster
1) Copy A32AWE32.DLL to the Shadowcaster directory.
2) Run the sound configuration program and choose Sound Blaster with General 
   MIDI for setup.
2) Edit the DRIVERS.CFG file and change the second line (A32MT32.DLL 2 330) to 
   A32AWE32.DLL 2 330.

Shadow of Yserbius
1) Install the game choosing MT-32 for sound card.
2) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the YSERBIUS\ sub-directory.
3) Enter the following commands:
	ren mt32mpu.adv mt32mpu.bak
	copy sbawe32.adv mt32mpu.adv

Sim City 2000
1) Copy A32AWE32.DLL to Sim City 2000's SOUND directory.
2) Edit the SC2000.CFG file and change the following entries under the [music] 
   section:

3) Edit the MUSIC.ID file and change the m to an l (you must use lower case).

Storybook Weaver Spanish Editon
1) Copy SBAWE32.adv to the Storybook's directory.
2) Enter the following commands:

3) Run SETUP and select Roland MT-32 for music device.

1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Terminator directory.
2) Edit the TERM.BAT file and change the -m{driver} entry to -msbawe32.adv.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day Chess Wars
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Terminator Chess SND directory.
2) Enter the following commands:

3) Run SNDCON.EXE and select Roland MT32 for music.

Tony LaRussa Baseball II
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Tony LaRussa directory.

3) Run the WAR2.BAT file and choose Sound Blaster 16 for digital and General 
   Midi (MPU-401) for music.

Wayne's World
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Wayne's World directory.
2) Enter the following commands:

	copy sbawe32.adv mt32mpu.adv
3) Run the WWCFG.EXE program and select Roland LAPC for music.

World War II - Battle of the South Pacific
1) Make a directory under the WWII directory with the command MD TMP.
2) Copy SBAWE32.ADV and SBAWE32.ADD to the \WWII\TMP directory.
3) From the floppy, run INSTALL and select Sound Blaster AWE32 for MIDI.

3D Body Adventure (CD)
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the 3D Body Adventure directory on the hard drive.
2) Edit the file KA.CNF with a text editor and change the musicDriver 
   entry to reflect the location of the SBAWE32.ADV driver.
	example - musicDriver      : c:\3dbody\sbawe32.adv

Bug Adventure (CD)
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the Bug Adventure directory on the hard drive.
2) Edit the file KA.CNF with a text editor and change the musicDriver

First make sure you have applied the v1.30 patch to T7G!#
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to T7G directory.
2) Run INSTALL and select General Midi music.
3) Edit the GROOVIE.INI file, and change the following entry under the 
   [General Midi] section:

	xmi=SBAWE32.ADV
   Note:  The v1.30 patch is available on Creative Labs BBS in Patches File 
   section, Creative Labs Compuserve Forum (GO BLASTER), and Creative Labs 
   Internet FTP site at FTP.CREAF.COM as T7G130.exe.

Speed (CD)
1) Copy SBAWE32.ADV to the SPEED directory on the hard drive.
2) Edit the file KA.CNF with a text editor and change the musicDriver 
   entry to reflect the location of the SBAWE32.ADV driver.
	example - musicDriver      : c:\speed\sbawe32.adv
