Syndicate UltraSound Sound Fix

- Fixes Syndicate For Use On The Gravis UltraSound using SBOS -

Well folks, this was a simple one.  Simply pop GUS-SYND.EXE in your
main syndicate directory, run SBOS and then GUS-SYND.EXE.  You'll
then be able to play this wicked shooter with full digital sound.

Congrats to Bullfrog on an excellent effort.

This has been tested on SBOS 2.09 and above, although it may work
with other versions.
