All these patches were created with these various tools: Convert, Csound, Goldwave, Patchgod, Sox, Wave, Zap, using the raw waves from iwannaCUdance.lha, a mod file made by Andre Martens (Andemar) found on ftp.uni-oldenburg.de. They have been resampled to 44100 Hz, but were "faked" to 16 bit, not sampled at 16 bit and 44KHz. I have most of the sources of these on CDs, but i have asked Andre if he could send me these samples in 16 bit. The voices samples would be of course better in 16 bit but with the current limit of 64Kb per wavesample, it wouldn't fit. Anyway, expect to see better versions in my "official" sample archives like anasyn, percs, real, rave... BTW, i used convert at some point because goldwave doesn't put a fmt para- meter in it's .wav and sox requires it, while convert doesn't(playfile does). These patches are designed mainly for use with iwannac.mid and iwannac.cfg but can also be used individually. The snares are particularly interesting, and the Quadrophonia "blip" (beep7) is also very interesting.
