IBM 5162 - Supersoft/Landmark Diagnostic ROM's

This is the AT version of the diagnostic, intended for the IBM 5170 (IBM AT) and clones. Clone suitability will depend on how close the clone is to the IBM 5170.
On an IBM 5162 motherboard, sockets U34 and U35 are where the two Supersoft/Landmark ROM's needs to be placed.
The 5162 motherboard requires EPROM's of type 27256 or 27C256 (or equivalent), of an access time of 170 ns, or faster.
Use the Supersoft/Landmark Diagnostic ROM's for the IBM 5170, placing:
- the U27 chip in the 5162's U34 socket
- the U47 chip in the 5162's U35 socket
