The ethexp16.exe is the proper Intel driver.  The others are from random sources.

We recommend accessing the buffer via the I/O address space because on the EtherExpress Board, I/O mapping provides better performance.  However, if you prefer memory-mapped buffering, it is an option only for boards in a 16-bit slot.  Do not select memory mapping if you're putting the board in an 8-bit slot.
