I purchased these disks from eBay for $29.99 after noticing that we didn't have images of them for the community.

They were successfully read via UltraISO (V9 - Make Floppy Image).  The images can also be read/written
with UltraISO - make sure you use a floppy drive that can read/write 720K disks if you write these to
real floppies.
