The ELSA 3D REVELATOR only flickers strongly or doesn't work at all.

The ELSA 3D REVELATOR opens and closes in an uncontrolled manner for both eyes or even closes completely for one eye. This error can be recognized even without the stereo mode and cannot be corrected simply be restarting.

Please ensure that the computer has been completely shut down and switched off before connecting the infrared emitter or the cable adapter for the shutter glasses, as the synchronization for the shutter glasses won't work otherwise.
