GUS Daily Digest missing issues.  It's quite possible none
were issued with these numbers:

	vol-03/{03,32}
	vol-08/02
	vol-11/{47,48}
	vol-14/{02,03,04}
	vol-17/{17,18,21}

vol-05/{01,02,03} were missing from the "old" archives, but have
now been located.

vol-08/{01,02,03} were missing.  01 and 03 have been found, 02 is
still awol.

vol-11/02 mis-names itself as v5#2 - clearly it is vol11

vol-16/11 was posted twice, with slightly different content.  Both
copies are archived as vol-16/11.1 and vol-16/11.2

Much as I hate censorship, I hand-edited a couple of issues which
obviously contained complete reposts of previous digests.  This is the
only instance of any hand editing I performed on old digests.
Specifically, I editted vol-17/01, vol-17/02, vol-18/05, and vol-18/06
to remove repostings of previous digests.  Also, I removed
a Mime-encoded posting of usail30.zip from vol-19/01.
