GUS Programmer's Digest missing issues.  It's quite possible none
were issued with these numbers:

	v6#01
	v6#02
	v9#30
	v9#31
	v9#32
	v9#33
	v14#3
	v15#12

There are apparent mis-numberings of existing issues in the archive  as
well.  I note a few below, but have probably overlooked others.

v2#1 and v2#2 incorrectly announced themselves as v4#1 and v4#2
respectively - from the dates of issue and the fact that there are
distinct, correctly sequenced issues of v4#1 and v4#2, such mis-numbered
issues are placed in the reconstructed correct archive.

The archives of v9 I got skip from v9#30 on 18 Mar 94 to v9#34 on 29 Mar 94;
I have no idea if these exist elsewhere.
