This file contains the latest information regarding the LabelPrint software application. Please click on the options below for more information. Remember, before you start LabelPrint, please read this document in detail for the newest technical information.

An Overview of LabelPrint

LabelPrint is a specialized tool for creating and printing various types of CD/DVD labels including disc labels, jewel-case cover sheets, and jewel-case inlays. Using the pleasing, built-in background images, you can easily create and print your own professional-looking disc labels in the blink of an eye. Options are provided to print to a paper template from a list that features a great variety of popular label templates in the market. In addition, LabelPrint can even "burn" a picture on your disc surface using the latest burning technology, LightScribe.


Main Features in This Version


Registering Your Software

Please register your software using the online registration feature in the Setup Wizard, or else complete your registration card and mail it to CyberLink. You must register your software in order to receive customer support service and product information.


Installation and Software Usage Notice

  1. Before installing LabelPrint, you may have to check your system resources in order to obtain the optimal performance.

  2. In order to avoid many compatibility issues, please close all other software and utility applications including virus scans and instant messaging software.

  3. LightScribe burning technology requires a specific LightScribe-compatible CD/DVD drive as well as specialized discs that support burning.

  4. If LabelPrint fails to detect your installed LightScribe burning drive, please check our website or call our tech support. We will periodically update the list of supported devices on CyberLink's website.

  5. Microsoft DirectX® 9 runtime library must be installed in advance. LabelPrint requires Microsoft DirectX® 9 runtime library to be installed on your system for certain LabelPrint functions to run properly. The LabelPrint setup CD will automatically install the DirectX 9 runtime library. However, if you have purchased the Internet download version, or are using the free trial version, you must download this module from the Microsoft website or from another web location. Microsoft DirectX® 9 is available at: www.microsoft.com/directx/homeuser/downloads/default.asp.
