Personal DeskMate 2 on 360k Disks

Here is one way to put Personal DeskMate 2 on 360k diskettes, in such 
a way that you won't have to change disks very often.  You will use 
either 4 or 5 diskettes.

Put these files on every disk:

   COMMAND.COM        (from DOS disk)
   DESK.EXE           main program
   DISKCOPY.COM       (from DOS disk)
   DMCSR.MOD          DeskMate core
   DMHELP.ACC         help accessory
   FORMAT.COM         (from DOS disk)
   MAINMENU.PDM       desktop

Add these files to Disk 1, labelled, "Startup Disk, Accessories":

   DMACCESS.ACC       setup accessory
   DMJOY.MOD          joystick mouse driver
   DMNOTEPD           notepad text
   DMNOTEPD.ACC       notepad accessory
   DMPDACSI.MOD       ASCII printer driver
   DMPDIBMM.MOD       IBM Graphic printer driver
   DMPDTAN.MOD        Tandy printer driver
   DMPHONE            phone list data
   DMPHONE.ACC        phone list accessory
   DMSERIAL.MOD       serial mouse driver
   DMSERV.ACC         calculator, printer, page setup accessory
   DMVD1000.MOD       Tandy 1000 video driver

Add these files to Disk 2, labelled, "Text, Worksheet":

   BUDGET.WKS         budget sample worksheet
   CHECK.WKS          checking account sample worksheet
   DMSERV.ACC         calculator, printer, page setup accessory
   LETTER.DOC         letter sample document
   RESUME.DOC         resume sample document
   TEXT.PDM           text application
   WRKSHEET.PDM       worksheet application

Add these files to Disk 3, labelled, "Filer, Calendar":

   CALENDAR.PDM       calendar application
   DMDB.MOD           database engine
   FILER.PDM          filer application
   INVNTORY.FIL       inventory sample database

Add these files to Disk 4, labelled, "Music, Paint":

   ART.PNT            sample picture
   BACH.SNG           sample song
   CANON.SNG          sample song
   MUSIC.PDM          music application
   PAINT.PDM          paint application
   QUIT.PNT           sample picture
   SONATINA.SNG       sample song
   XMAS.SNG           sample song

That leaves Telecom.  You could put it on a disk by itself, Disk 5, 
labelled, "Telecom":

   TELECOM.PDM        telecom application

As described, I have the following amounts of free space on each 
diskette if using Tandy DOS 3.2 (your results may vary):

   Disk 1       78,848 bytes free
   Disk 2       48,128 bytes free
   Disk 3       59,392 bytes free
   Disk 4       52,224 bytes free
   Disk 5      156,672 bytes free

As noted above, you could put Telecom on a disk by itself, giving 
you 5 disks with some extra space on disk 5 - or TELECOM.PDM, which 
is 46,176 bytes long, could be put on disk 1 instead giving you 4 
disks.
