    PROBLEM                   POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Blank screen:             Check that all power switches are on. Adjust
                          monitors brightness or contrast control knob. Press 
                          any key to deactivate screen saver.(controlled from
                          the Accessory menu.  Check all cable connections.  
                          Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+V.

No keyboard response:     Check keyboard cord connection.

No printer response:      Check printer power control and cable connections. 
                          Check on line/off line setting. Check paper and 
                          ribbon positions. Check printer switch settings.
                          Check that the application program you are using is 
                          set up for use with you printer type.

Optional equipment        Check the installation of the option.

No sound when using       Be sure the printer is turned on or the Sound
