Be sure your system has enough video memory and the correct monitor type before you install a video driver. With Microsoft Windows 3.1 on a hard drive, you can easily change video modes as follows: 1. Double-click on the Windows Setup icon from the Windows Main Group. 2. From the Options menu, choose Change System Settings. 3. Open the Display list by clicking on the arrow at the right of the list. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the list, and select Other display. SETUP prompts you for the disk containing the video device driver. 5. Insert the Utilities & VGA Drivers diskette into Drive A, and press ENTER. 6. Select the appropriate video driver, and click on OK. 7. If SETUP prompts you to insert the Cirrus Logic disks, insert the Utilities & VGA Drivers diskette and press ENTER. SETUP copies the appropriate files and displays the updated list of your hardware. 8. Click on OK. A dialog box appears. Click on the Restart Windows button in this box. (smm/jej-05/11/94)
