Replacing the Battery:

1.  Unplug the AC Adapter.

2.  Turn the computer around so that the back panel faces you.

3.  Press up on the OPEN tabs under the battery compartment's cover and slide
    the cover toward you.

4.  Unplug the connector and lift out the battery.

5.  Place the new battery in the battery compartment. Take care to place the 
    power leads so that the battery does not pinch either wire.

6.  Plug the new battery cord's connector into the computer's battery jack.
    
WARNING:  Be sure to match the notch on the connector with the notch in the 
plug. Do not force the connector into the jack. Forcing the connector in 
backwards can damage the battery and the computer.

7.  Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it toward the front of 
    the computer.
