Memory Expansion Adapter (250-4027) Settings Faxback Doc. # 2016 Note: Refer to Faxback Doc. # 2025 for Board Layout. Note: There are two versions of this board. One with jumpers and one without. A 0K Memory Expansion Adapter with E1-E2 jumpered will work in a computer with 2 memory expansion adapter slots present (since the 3000 NL only has one slot available for this type of memory board, this option (E1-E2) will not work). E1-E2 2 memory expansion adapter slots present. E2-E3 1 memory expansion adapter slot present (Standard). Note: Each jumper connects two of three pins. To change a jumper's setting, pull the jumper straight up from one pair of pins and then push it straight down over the other pair of pins. Once you set the jumpers, you are finished with the memory expansion board. If you are also adding a 128K RAM Upgrade Kit and have not yet installed it, install it now. Follow the instructions provided in the manual that comes with the kit. Replace the computer's cover, and secure it with the original screws. Then, reconnect all equipment. (CSS/jlc-03/27/94)
