Install the power switching system between your computer and monitor for
easy access, use it as a base for the monitor, or place it near your
system.  When you mount the monitor on the system, you ans easily adjust
the viewing angle since the monitor rotates when you turn the system on
its swivel base.

Follow these steps to set up the system:

1.  Place the power switching system on a sturdy, level
    surface.  Check that airflow is not impeded by carpet or
    any material which could block either the side or bottom
    vents.

2.  Plug your computer system's equipment into the
    designated outlets on the power switching system
    (computer, monitor, printer, AUX 1, or AUX 2).  Do
    not exceed the rated capacity of each outlet (see
    "Overload Protection").  Be sure that all panel switches
    are OFF.

3.  Plug the system's AC cord into as AC outlet.

CONNECTING THE PHONE LINE

Follow these steps to connect the phone line:

1.  Plug one end of the supplied telephone cord into
    the OUT jack.  Plug the other end into the wall
    phone jack.

2.  Plug a fax machine, modem, or telephone into the
    IN jack.
