Click on "Print Topic" The printout does not contain the picture and the text is garbage. To get MS Bookshelf to print correctly follow the steps for Example #2. Below are the steps for Example #2. Refer to Page 28. 1. From MS Bookshelf, click on the Dictionary, click on Sight and Sound and select "angel fish". 2. Click on "Edit". 3. Click on "Copy Picture" This will copy the picture to the clipboard. Now it needs to be pasted into a text file. 4. Task switch to the Program Manager and Double Click on the MS Works icon, From the startup box click on Create a new "Word Processor". 5. Click on "Edit". 6. Click on "Paste". This will paste the picture to your document. Now task switch back to MS Bookshelf. 7. Click on "Edit". 8. Click on "Copy". 9. This will bring up the text of the topic that is open. Click on "Copy". Now the text has been copied to the clipboard. 10. Task switch to MS Works word processor, position your cursor below the picture. 11. Click on "Edit" and now click on "Paste". 12.
