New Tandy Virtual DSP Driver

The updated Sound Blaster emulation driver ( Tandy Virtual DSP ) is now
available.  The update will fix the speech problems for some of the
programs running under Windows.  Below are some examples of programs that               
will play speech.

     25-1881 Kings' Quest IV
     25-1817 Kings' Quest V
     25-1802 Where in America' Past Is Carmen Sandiego
     25-4289 Mixed Up Mother Goose  CD
     90-1111 Jones in the Fast Lane
     25-1229 Police Quest
     25-1862 Mantis
     25-1386 Battle Chess

Programs that do not run well or will not run under Windows will not be 
affected by the new sound drivers.  Among the new drivers, the MPC sound 
driver has also been updated for better sound compatibility.
