You can transfer sketch pages or an Address Book address page from one unit
to another using either Infrared (wireless) system or serial cable. Before
you can transfer information, you need to set the page send/receive options.

To set the page send/receive options:

1. From the Preferences screen, tap Connect.
2. From the Connect dialog box, tap Page Send/Receive Options.
3. Select the baud rate to match the other unit.
   The baud rate on both units must match.

4. Select the port to match the other unit.
   The port on both units must match.

To send or receive pages:
1. Place the two units so the IR ports are aligned.

   Be sure the units are less than 6 inches apart. You could also use a
   cable connected to the Cabled Serial port instead of the IR ports.

2. On the sending unit, open the application and display the sketch page or
   address page you want to send.
3. On the receiving unit, display a blank sketch page or address page where
   you want the information to go.
4. On the sending unit, choose Send from the Page menu.
   You see the Send/Receive dialog box.
5. On the receiving unit, choose Receive from the Page menu.
   You see the Send/Receive dialog box.
6. In the Send/Receive dialog box on both units, tap Send and Receive at the
   same time.

   When the transfer is complete the dialog boxes disappear.
