Tandy 2-Port Game Card (260-0376) Installation Faxback Doc. # 2667 Allows you to complete with your friends and double your fun on two-player games! Two-port card supports separate joysticks for two-player games. For 4.77-66 MHz PC compatibles. Works with all joysticks. 1. Set the power switch on the system unit to OFF, disconnect all cables from the rear of the system unit. 2. Remove the cover of your computer. 3. Hold game card by the top and firmly press it into any available expansion slot. 4. Set speed switch to the proper position. Different games are set to different speeds therefore for the best performance please try all possible speeds. (Please refer to NOTE). 5. Replace the cover of your computer. 6. If you're using only one joystick, plug it into port 1 (top). Port 2 (bottom) is for games which require two joysticks simultaneously, such as flight simulations. NOTE: For 66 MHz 486 users, it is highly recommended that you do not run any games under turbo speed. Simply turn off the turbo switch before running any games. Different software will read the joystick's value differently, even in the same computer. If the result is not satisfactory after you have switched off turbo speed, please adjust the control on the game card until you obtain the best result. Some games will adjust the speed automatically to accommodate the system; therefore, adjusting the control will have no effect. Below are recommendations for setting the game card. A. For PC/XT-compatibles, set to LOW position. B. For PC/AT-compatibles, such as 286, 386, and 486 systems, set to MID position. C. For extremely fast computers, such as 66 MHz 486 machines, set to HIGH position. MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH SOME MPC COMPUTERS (smc-10/12/93)
