The Tandy 120MB SmartDrive is a high-speed hard disk drive with built-in
drive controller.

The many features of the drive include:

* 124,558,032 bytes formatted capacity

* 3 1/2" form factor

* emulation of IBM Task File

* built-in AT hard disk controller with Intelligent Drive Electronics

* sub 15-ms average seek time

* 8.34-ms average latency time

* 1:1 interleave ratio

* 32KB buffer

* adaptive segmented "cache flow"

* automatic head relocation (parking) at power-down

This drive was low-level formatted at the factory. It is not necessary to
low-level format it during the installation process.

PACKAGE CONTENTS

Your drive contains a 3 1/2" 120MB SmartDrive and a drive 
cable. A SmartDrive connector on the computer's main logic board or on an 
expansion adapter is required to use the SmartDrive.

Four machine screws are provided with your computer or are available from
your computer dealer. Mounting hardware used to install the drive is also
available from your computer dealer.
