Or Click on the Information Area icon you want to open, and then click on the Open Info Area icon. -Open Information Area icon To open a specific information area using the Information menu: Click on the Information menu command that represents the information area you want to open. Or Click on Open Info Area from the Information menu. Print Account Information 1. Double-click on the Accounts icon. The Accounts dialog box appears. 2. At the Index list box, highlight the name for the account information you want to print. (If necessary, use the scroll bar to scroll through the list.) 3. Click on Print. The Print Options dialog box appears. 4. Select the option that best describes the information you want to print. 5. Click on OK. The Print dialog box appears. 6. [Optional] At the Print Quality: prompt, highlight the resolution you want to use to print the information. 7. At the Copies: prompt, type the number of copies you want to print. 8. [Optional] If you want to print the information to a file, check the Print to File check box. If necessary, check the Collate Copies check box to collate the pages as you print. 10. Click on OK. Click on Setup to change printer settings. See the Print Setup chapter for information about changing printer settings. Print Contact Information 1. Double-click on the Contacts icon. The Contacts dialog box appears. 2. At the Index list box, highlight the name of the contact whose information you want to print. (If necessary, use the scroll bar to scroll through the list.) 3. Click on Print. The Print Options dialog appears. 4. Select the option that best describes the information you want to print. 5. Click on OK. The Print dialog box appears. 6. Protect Profiler Information In some instances, you might want to protect specific Profiler information so that it can only be accessed by you, when you are the specified WinMate user. For example, you might want your account information protected so that no one else can see it. To protect specific information: 1. Make sure you are logged on. 2. Click on the specific information area icon you want to protect. 3. Click on Protect Info Area from the Information menu. The icon for the information area changes so that a "safe" box appears. Remove the Super User Password 1. Click on Set Super User Password from the Users menu. The Set Super User Password dialog box is displayed. 2. Type the old password in the Old Password field. 3. Leave the New Password field blank. 4. Click on OK. Select a Profiler User Click on the icon for the user you want to select. Or Click on the name of the user you want to select from the Users menu. Select the Current WinMate User This option lets you select a user as the current WinMate user. You can do this in one of the following ways: 1. Click on the icon for the user you want to select. 2. Click on Sign On User from the Users menu. 3. Click on OK to confirm the sign on. Or 1. Click on the Identify icon. The Identify dialog box appears. 2. Click on the icon for the user you want to select. 3. Click on Sign On. 4. Click on OK to confirm the sign on. IN PLAY The In Play desktop contains following games: Solitaire: Enables you to play this time-honored card game. Minesweeper: Provides a challenging game of luck and strategy as you attempt to walk through a mine field without stepping on a mine.
