Playing and audio CD.

To play CD audio, you can go to the Media Player.  Click on "Device", then
on "CD AUDIO".  The CD player window should appear On the screen.  If the
CD Audio option is available but will not play music, check the Creative
Mixer located in the System Tools group to see that all volumes are a
sufficient level.  You can also use Ensemble Remote or Play Music CD from
the Entertainment group.

If Creative Mixer (in System Tools) is set correctly and the music will
not play, check the cable from the CD-ROM drive to the sound board.

Wallpaper Bitmaps and Windows Start Sound

In Windows Control Panel, Desktop section, there is an option for
"Wallpaper".  this can be set to any other .BMP file, as the file is
stored in C:\Windows.  It is can also be set to "None".  The default
wallpaper is ASTADVAN.BMP.

The start-up music can be disabled through the Control Panel, Sound
section.  The event is "Windows Start" and it is set to ASTSTART.WAV.

Internal Data Base or API errors

This error points to a corrupted DB0 file.  If the file is listed, replace
it from the AST Works DATA CD.  If no file is listed, replace all *.DB0
files.

NOTE:  Any customer data in these databases will be lost!
