If the printer fails to operate properly, carefully check all connections.
Then try to correct the problem by using the following troubleshooting
hints.  If you still have problems, contact your local Radio Shack store
for assistance.

SYMPTOM                           CAUSE AND REMEDY

The printer does not print.       The Power is not getting to the printer.
POWER indicator does not light.   --Be sure the power cord is securely
                                    connected and the POWER switch is set
                                    to ON.

The printer does not print. The   The printer is off line.
POWER indicator lights.           --Press ON/OFF LINE to set the printer on
                                    line. Be sure to load the paper.

                                  The connection to the computer is not
